OwnUp helps teens learn to understand and communicate about their own health — it's not a medical record system or a doctor. If something isn't working, or you have a question about the app, here's how to reach us.
For any question, bug report, or feedback — including requests to delete your data — email ownuphealth@gmail.com. We read every message.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This is immediate and removes everything — your
profile, health records, visit history, and login. You can also email us to request deletion.
How do I sign in with Google?
Tap "Continue with Google" on the sign-in screen and use your Google account. If it's not
working, try signing out and back in, or email us with what you're seeing.
Is my health data private?
Yes — see our Privacy Policy for the full details on what's
collected and how it's protected.
If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, OwnUp is not the right place — please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), or 911 right away.
OwnUp is intended for teens 13 and older.
